Hey Ken,
I enjoyed reading your blogg. Sounds like we have some of the same interest. I live close to the Valley Community Center and have been a member ever since they opened up. I have long weekends off so I usually try to work out on Friday's Saturday's and Sunday's. I like what I read in your bio. You have had quie a lot of experience in the music business.
